This option is ideal for residents who are more active or mobile as it includes technology that enables advanced location features. The device also includes a highly visible button that activates nurse call.
The third option in the fall solutions portfolio is a cost-effective, disposable sensor pad that is placed on the patient or resident's mattress or chair. The sensor pad detects changes in pressure and alerts caregivers if the patient or resident gets out of bed or a chair. This option is ideal for those who are less active or have limited mobility. Further, the device works right out of the box, with the optional ability to tie into existing nurse call systems.
