The system allows customers to pre-order their products, and conveniently retrieve merchandise from a self-service storage system. The Grasshopper Locker can be located inside of licensed dispensaries, allowing customers to "skip the line" and obtain their products quickly and easily.
The Grasshopper Locker can improve customer transaction times and allows dispensaries to sell more products in less time, providing retailers with a unique consumer differentiation and a point of distinction in the increasingly competitive regulated cannabis industry.
Dispensaries that feature a Grasshopper Locker can direct customers to their website where they can select their desired products and mark the items for pick-up at the locker. The customer will receive a secure code that is entered on the Locker touch screen, which then unlocks access to their merchandise. The system is easy to integrate into a dispensary's point of sale system, and is fully compliant with state reporting regulations.
